Wójcik Racing Team aims for another podium at the Bol d’Or

Wójcik Racing Team returns to the French Circuit Paul Ricard, the venue of their sensational first FIM Endurance World Championship podium finish in 2019, looking for another strong 24h of Bol d’Or for crews no. 77 and 777 next weekend.

Wójcik Racing Team’s long-term regulars onboard the no. 77 Yamaha R1, Gino Rea and Sheridan Morais, will be joined by Dan Linfoot while Marek Szkopek, Michal Filla and Florent Tourne will head the Superstock no. 777 entry having shown front running pace in Le Mans earlier in the season.

“We’re returning to France with a really strong line-up and looking for another podium challenge – says Grzegorz Wójcik, Team Principal of the Polish squad supported by PKN ORLEN. – Sheridan makes a welcome return on the no. 77 bike. With Michael Laverty unable to join us due to his MotoGP commitments we’re excited to have Dan Linfoot with us for the first time and curious to see how he’ll enjoy our bike. With Christoffer Bergman and Kevin Manfredi both racing in the World Supersport Championship we’ll have the same Superstock line-up as in Le Mans, where Marek, Michal and Florent had shown podium pace all through the weekend but were unlucky in the race itself. This way we have two very strong entries for the Bol d’Or and are looking forward to an exciting weekend!”
