Polish squad Wójcik Racing Team has confirmed the rider line-ups for all three of its crews ahead of this weekend’s 24-hour Bol d’Or, the grand finale of the FIM Endurance World Championship.
The team heads to the legendary Circuit Paul Ricard in France straight from Poznań, where it dominated the closing round – and the entire season – of the Polish WMMP series. There, Milan Pawelec clinched the national Superbike crown, Mateusz Molik sealed titles in both Supersport 600 and Superstock 1000, while Wiktor Majchrowski secured the Superstock 600 championship.
In France, 19-year-old Molik will be a part of the four-man #777 Superstock squad, which has been in the hunt for podiums all year and currently sits seventh in the overall standings. He will be joined once again by Spain’s Jordi Torres, a two-time MotoE World Champion, returning Austrian Philipp Steinmayr, and decorated Italian Nicholas Spinelli, who sensationally won on his World Superbike debut in Assen last season.
The team’s #77 Honda CBR1000RR-R will once again contest the top-tier EWC class with Jurand Kuśmierczyk, Artur Wielebski and Kamil Krzemień on board. In the newly introduced production category, the #70 Honda will make its debut with Sylwester Byczkowski, Sobiesław Markowski, Przemysław Jakóbczak and Piotr Fałat sharing duties.
Following Thursday and Friday qualifying sessions, the Bol d’Or will roar to life on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. and run for a full 24 hours, with a field of 54 teams. Wójcik Racing Team has twice stood on the Paul Ricard podium and is aiming to add another race result to remember.
“Coming to France directly from Poznań was a major logistical challenge, but the whole team is here and eager to get the race underway,” said team principal Grzegorz Wójcik. “All three of our crews are determined to fight for the best possible results, and the #777 squad still has a shot at the overall Superstock podium. Honda is also battling for the manufacturers’ titles in both EWC and Superstock, so the stakes are incredibly high. We’re proud to have assembled such a strong, international line-up and we hope to give the fans another weekend to remember.”
